Balance is a hot yoga studio on the hill in Cedar Falls. Balance holds up to 45 practitioners in a room of 105 degrees. We reserve 20 spots for online registration. We encourage walk ins, so please stop in for a class!

Bike Tech offers quality bicycles, parts, and accessories. They offer complete repair services on all makes and models. Bike Tech is located ½ block from the Cedar Trail system and bike rental is available.

Available by membership or drop-in basis. Enjoy a state-of-the-art exercise room, track, racquetball courts, gymnasium, sauna, and multi-purpose room. The Rec Center offers a multitude of classes for all age levels and abilities year round.

With over 120 miles of multi-use paved trails and over 5,000 acres of lakes, the Waterloo-Cedar Falls metro area has established itself as a Midwestern hub for all outdoor recreational activities appealing to kids of all ages.

Home of the Metro Disc Golf League. Tourist Park in Cedar Falls has an 18-hole course, as does Exchange Park in Waterloo. There are two, nine-hole courses within 20 minutes at nearby Waverly and Hickory Hills Park. League play coincides with daylight savings hours on Monday nights throughout the spring and summer.

Located in a prime spot, up to 8 players will be challenged by working together to find clues, solve puzzles, and pick locks that will free them from the game room. Do you have what it takes to escape?

Three distinct pool areas, handicapped accessible, concessions, shade structures, lounge chairs, and more! The Adventure Falls offers a 196 foot long enclosed tube slide and a 176 foot long raft slide that come off a 21 foot tall tower.  Patrons can float in the 450 foot long lazy river, complete with fountains, sprays, rapids, and falling water. The Safari Falls features a beach style entry, home to an elephant and other floating creatures at play among the fountains, slides, sprays and a large dump bucket.  The Rock Falls is a traditional pool with a twist! The area has an 8 lane, 25 meter pool with a lap line, floatable objects to climb on, a water basketball area, and water volleyball area.  There is also an attached diving well.  Patrons must be 46 inches tall to use the watersides and 44 inches tall to use the lazy river.

Weather permitting. Aquatic Center is open from the end of May until mid-August.

This ninja warrior obstacle training facility is owned & run by two local dads who dreamed of bringing an American Ninja Warrior gym to the Cedar Valley. Basically an indoor park on steroids, this 8,000 square foot facility is the best place to play whether you are 2 or 82. Drop in and play anytime, enroll in a ninja or fitness class, or book a party to celebrate the next birthday in your family! You'll discover iconic obstacles (like the warped walls) and some new ones, along with rock climbing, a dodgeball court, a preschool play area, and a laser-timed incline hill sprint called Everest!

UNI-Dome Open Recreation is for adults (18 and older) from the UNI community and the general public. Typical open-recreation activities include UNI Wellness & Recreation Services (WRS) sport club practices, WRS intramural activities, UNI student body touch football or ultimate Frisbee pick-up games, and walking/jogging.

Located near Waverly, Iowa, Ingawanis Adventure Base is a privately owned Scout Camp owned and operated by the Winnebago Council, Boy Scouts of America for use by Cub Scouts, Scouts BSA, and Venturing Crews; youth groups.
