This restored gas station contains information for visitors to the Cedar Falls area. 
 

This circular structure built in 1921 once housed a flourishing ice business and now displays ice harvest equipment and photos on ice farming operations. Early farming, homemaking and business memorabilia are also displayed. 

The inspiration for the book Jonathan Livingston Seagull, John Livingston, was born in Cedar Falls in 1897, and became famous in the late 1920's and 30's as a race pilot. He entered 64 races and came in first in 41 of them! More than 30 trophies, plaques and memorabilia are on display at the Cedar Falls Historical Society.
 

Built in 1909, this charming schoolhouse is equipped with blackboards, books, a pot-bellied stove and turn-of-the century furnishings. 
 

The UNI Museum is comprised of the University Museum (a museum of nature and culture) and the Marshall Center School (a restored historic one-room schoolhouse). They are administered by the Department of Museums & Collections at the University of Northern Iowa, within the Rod Library. 

The oldest of Cedar Falls' museums, this 1863 Civil War era home features antique furnishings, fashions, and memorabilia documenting the area's early history. This museum also houses the famous O-scale Lenoir Train Exhibit. 

This hands-on science center makes learning scientific principles fun through interactive exhibits and formal demonstrations. Exhibits focus on light and electricity, momentum, liquids, gases and sound. Demonstrations daily.

The museum features Olympic, collegiate and professional wrestling history and honors Waterloo native Dan Gable, 1972 Olympic Gold Medalist. The museum also presents displays on famous wrestlers throughout history - from Jacob wrestling the Angel through young Abe Lincoln to Frank Gotch, Dan Gable and Cael Sanderson. The Pro Wrestling Hall of Fame, Glen Brand Wrestling Hall of Fame of Iowa, a video room featuring wrestling clips from movies, and the Dean Rockwell Library and Research Center are also features.

The Sullivan Brothers Iowa Veterans Museum honors the service and sacrifice of all Iowa veterans from the Civil War to present. Step into their stories through traditional exhibits, interactive activities and an electronic Wall of Honor. The Museum consists of over 35 interactive exhibits. Interviews collected via the Voices of Iowa Oral History Project total over 1,500.
