The Design (in the Artist's words) "We wanted to give children, and people of all ages in our community someone to look up to. We wanted 'Super TC' to serve as a reminder of idealism, restraint, fairness, and compassion like his famous counterpart. Who doesn't love a superhero?"
About the Artists Bobby and Megan Sobczak are a husband and wife team known as the 'Design Farm', boasting a combined experience of over 30 years. Specializing in large murals, they thrive on pushing the artistic envelope with vibrant colors and innovative painting techniques. Megan is a Cedar Falls native, with deep roots in the community. Interested in participating in Panthers on Parade, Bobby and Megan saw it as an opportunity to give back to the community by sharing their art. Their TC sponsor, Ivan Wieland, commissioned them for their first joint mural project over 12 years ago at his establishment, 'The Screaming Eagle'. Interestingly, this inaugural project was also superhero-themed, marking the beginning of their collaborative endeavors.
