 A modern 70-site campground. Antique Acres is a private organization whose members own, preserve and display working examples of antique threshing, steam, plowing and saw milling machinery. Antique Acres was incorporated in 1964 to purchase 80 acres of land and to organize what has become an annual "Old Time Power Show", held each August on this site. A museum on the grounds features a large collection of old farm machinery, including items more than 100 years old.

Enjoy the relaxing atmosphere in a great old dairy barn built in 1925. Features homemade baked goodies, delicious coffee and other refreshing beverages. Plus antiques, Iowa gifts and specialty foods.

The Cedar Falls Visitor Center's conference room is available for rent to local non-profit, cvic and business groups for board meetings and other business-related gatherings during normal business hours.

Hartman Reserve Nature Center is a 308.9-acre nature reserve located in Cedar Falls, Iowa. The reserve is dedicated to teaching youth about nature through hands on experiences and preservation.
A variety of workshops and events are held throughout the year including the Maple Syrup Festival in March. 

Ther Hearst Center for the Arts is home to two galleries, three classrooms, a recital hall and a sculpture garden. Viewing the exhibitions is free and classes for adults and children are offered regularly. More than two million visitors have walked through the doors of the Hearst Center for the Arts since they opened in 1989.

Under the canopy of mature trees, enjoy a stroll through the sculpture garden at the Hearst Center for the Arts. Relax, unwind and contemplate the many sculptures located throughout. The garden is available to rent for a special occasion.

In 2019, the renovation of their existing space, coupled with a significant expansion, created the new Cedar Falls Convention & Event Center. 

Their expansion brings an additional 11,000 square feet of convention space, bringing their total event space to over 14,000 square feet with the ability to service more than 700 guests with all on-site catering. The grand ballroom features 11,000 plus square feet of customizable space for weddings, conventions and shows. The center also has 4,000 square feet of spacious pre-function space, ideal for exhibits, shows and gatherings. Meetings can also expand to the outdoors with more than 5,000 square feet of patio space featuring fire pits and attractive landscaping, perfect for cocktail receptions, wedding ceremonies and get-togethers under the stars.

Set at the gateway of Cedar Falls (Exit 224 off US HWY 20) and situated a few miles from the University of Northern Iowa, this full-service event center features elegant bedrooms, unique conference facilities, astonishing leisure facilities, well-appointed outdoor courtyards, a unique concierge lounge and more. 

The Bien Venu Event Center is a full-service center with 37,000 square feet of flexible meeting space (with room for 1,000 people) and offers a full list of catering options for weddings, exhibitions, conventions and corporate meetings.

The Island Park Beach House is available to be rented for the May 1 - October 15, 2016 season.
When renting the facility for private events, you have the following choice of options:
• The East or bridge side, which can hold up to 120 people in a banquet style seating if desired.
• The entire building with banquet style seating for around 180.

Each side has a stainless steel serving counter and a sink with hot and cold water available for use. The facility comes with the appropriate number of tables and chairs located in storage rooms on either side of the facility. A garage door separates the two sides. Men’s and women’s rest rooms are located on the east side of the building with access from the outside of the building and are available to the general public using the trails or park. Windows open easily for great ventilation and an enjoyable view of the park and river. Ceiling fans will help move the air in an effort to keep the inside of the building cool on the hot summer days ahead. A small deck/patio is available with the respective ends on the river side of the building.

Hold your special event at McLeod Center! High school competitions, corporate events, weddings, concerts, comedians, family reunions, tournaments, family shows, banquets, etc. will all be at home in McLeod Center.
